The full manufacturer’s warranty applies to all Sound Kitchen products. Most products have a two-year warranty. Any deviating warranty period is stated with the product, whereby errors in stated warranty periods are reserved. In the event of a defect within the warranty period, this defect will be remedied free of charge in accordance with the European warranty provisions.

In the event of a defect, you can return the affected product. We request that you deliver the device in its original packaging. Any transport damage due to the lack of the original packaging is for your account.

In case you want to offer a product for repair within the warranty period, please contact us first by e-mail. We will then send you the procedure by e-mail. In these cases, the shipping costs to Ears Unlimited are for your account.



We recommend that you first make any complaints known to us by emailing info@the-soundkitchen.com. In the unlikely event that this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register the dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file this complaint via the platform of the European Union.
