The Violectric DHA V590-2 (Pro) presents one of the best headphone amplifiers for your headphones and earphones. With the exceptional high output voltage it is more than capable of getting the best from your high impedance headphones and has super high output power for very low impedance headphones too such as magnetostatic headphones. The high damping also means that difficult to drive headphones remain as unaffected as possible from variance in frequency response.

With it’s multiple digital inputs, headphone outputs and also analogue outputs it can be used as a high quality pre-amplifier using either the balanced XLR or line level RCA outputs. The inputs and outputs can all be gain controlled to best suit the system you are using.

The HPA V590-2 Pro differs from the V590-2 with it’s 256 step relais attenuation volume control. Not just a feature, but a high precision attenuator that maximizes the performance of this headphone amplifier for ultimate volume control and an even lower noise-floor.

Description

The Violectric DHA V590-2 and DHA V590-2 Pro are the new top devices in the Violectric range. They offer a state-of-the-art D/A converter and a headphone amplifier. The D/A converter is a new development and includes a 32-bit resampler/reclocker and two 32-bit D/A converters per channel. The latest findings from the multiple test winners from Violectric and Niimbus were implemented in the headphone amplifier. Most functions can be conveniently controlled using a stylish remote. With its incomparable technology, the Violectric DHA V590-2 (Pro) not only offers one of the most powerful headphone amplifiers in the market, but also:

LOWEST NOISE – through a very small amount of internal gain. This makes the amplifier’s self-generated noise inaudible.

HIGH OUTPUT VOLTAGE – through 50 V internal operating voltage. Therefore ideally suited to high-impedance headphones deserving high output voltage swing.

HIGH OUTPUT POWER – thanks to powerful amplifiers that offer far more power than even the most demanding headphones would need. So best suited for headphones with low impedances as well as planar headphones.

HIGH DAMPING FACTOR – due to the lowest possible output impedance. Therefore the ideal match for difficult to drive headphones without negative side effects and with the guarantee for a linear frequency response.

It is up to you:
Headphone amplifier? Pre-amplifier? Both! The headphone outputs and/or the line outputs can be activated/deactivated by buttons on the front or by remote control. Connect not only your headphones to the Violectric DHA V590-2 (Pro) but also your power amplifier or your active speakers and enjoy a compact and fantastic sounding headphone amplifier with a State-of-the-art D/A converter and a premium pre-amplifier.

Remote:
Control the DHA V590-2 (Pro) with its stylish remote control, milled from a solid piece of aluminum. Via infrared rays you have access to motorized volume control, mute, input selection, resampling settings, Headphone and line-out control.
