Not everything here needs to be full price to be a good deal. Our Outlet is where discontinued models, open-box returns, trade-ins, and other discounted gear end up, and in almost every case, that gear is in genuinely excellent shape: every item has been tested, is confirmed working perfectly, and in most cases still carries a warranty, so buying here doesn't mean giving up the protections you'd get with a brand-new purchase.
The reasons something lands in the Outlet vary. Sometimes it's a model that's simply being phased out to make room for a newer version, with nothing wrong with it at all. Sometimes it's a return that came back opened but unused. Sometimes it's a trade-in from a customer upgrading to something else, checked over and priced fairly for its condition. Whatever the reason, this is the place to look if you want the same quality gear at a meaningfully better price, without the gamble that usually comes with buying secondhand somewhere else.
