Return & Withdrawal Policy (30-Day Return Period)
30-Day Return Period
At The Sound Kitchen you benefit from a 30-day return period. This means you have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return your order, and an additional 16 days to send the product back. In total, you have up to 30 days to complete your return.
We will refund the full order amount including the original (standard) shipping costs. The direct costs for returning the product to us are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel; please check your carrier’s website for exact rates.
Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, and with all supplied accessories included. Returns without the original accessories cannot be accepted.

We kindly ask that products are returned in their original packaging, in an undamaged state, to ensure safe handling and resale.

If a returned product shows traces of use, damage, or missing components, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to cover the loss in value, or to refuse the return entirely.
Exceptions

In-ear monitors (IEMs): For reasons of hygiene and health protection, these cannot be returned once the packaging seal has been broken. In exceptional cases, and solely at our discretion, we may accept IEMs as part of an exchange or upgrade towards a higher-value product. Such arrangements are handled on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute a standard return right.

Headphones: Although considered hygiene products, as a courtesy we accept returns under certain conditions. A return will only be accepted if the product shows no signs of use, is in its original condition, and includes all original accessories. We kindly ask that headphones are also returned with their original packaging, in an undamaged state, to help ensure safe handling and resale.
To support our customers in making the right choice, our store offers an exceptionally large collection of IEMs and headphones on demo, inviting you to come in and experience them firsthand before purchase.

Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you (including the original standard delivery costs) without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods.
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. The refund will only be processed once the returned items have been checked and confirmed to meet the above conditions. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

You are responsible for the costs of return shipping. These costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
