The Meze Audio Ultra is a pure silver headphone cable built for listeners who want zero compromises. It uses 7N purity silver conductors, which means 99.99999% pure silver, the best electrical conductor you can use in a cable. The result is fast signal transmission with minimal resistance, and a sound that is transparent and uncolored. Highs extend cleanly, micro-details come through with precision, and bass stays controlled.

The cable is hand-braided in Romania using 40 individual 0.08 mm conductors in a sixteen-wire to eight-wire continuous braid configuration. No soldering between the braids means less signal interference and reduced crosstalk. The design itself is striking, with cast zinc alloy shells and a Y-splitter finished in PVD coating. The curves are aerodynamic, the grip is intuitive, and the build quality is serious. It comes with a hard case lined in Alcantara that protects the cable and doubles as a maintenance cloth for the metal components.

This is a cable for flagship headphones like the Meze Empyrean or Elite. It is available in custom lengths from 1.2 to 3 meters and with your choice of termination, including 3.5 mm, 4.4 mm, 6.3 mm, or 4-pin XLR on the source end, and dual 4-pin mini XLR on the headphone end.

These cables are made to order, one cable per day, so lead time runs 3 to 4 weeks from order to dispatch.
