Clara is a professional in-ear-monitor developed in close collaboration between Campfire Audio and renowned musician, Alessandro Cortini.
Clara's hybrid driver configuration features our updated Dual Magnet dynamic driver (low) alongside the newest in balanced armature technology in a dual-diaphragm balanced armature (mid), and the premium performance of two, high-dedicated, super tweeters. It features the newest iteration of Campfire’s hybrid IEM internal architecture, offering a smooth and meditative experience. Blending clarity and balance with an infusion of musicality, Clara is versatile as a professional monitor and everyday listening companion with a clear and refined sonic image, creating intimate detail and precise, expansive staging. Lows are textured and impactful, vocals smooth and emotive, and highs clear and precise while never being harsh.
These high-grade components are wrapped in an equally distinctive exterior, with Clara's iteration of our AAOI housing with black PVD machined aluminum lid and nozzle assembly.

- Alessandro Cortini
Alessandro Cortini is a renowned musician known for his work with modular synthesizers and is a Rock Roll Hall of Fame inductee as a member of Nine Inch Nails. He is an active member of the audiophile community and has a deep passion for all things sound.
His latest solo album, NATI INFINITI, is a 40-minute piece split into five movements, based on an immersive audio installation that Cortini originally created for the Sónar Lisboa festival in 2022 where it was presented across four floors of the Museu de Lisboa’s Moagem. Cortini later debuted the live performance at Berlin’s Atonal festival in 2023, reimagining the work as a unique, evolving dialogue. The record is mixed by Grammy nominated recording engineer, producer, and mixer Marta Salogni (Björk, Depeche Mode, Sampha), and features Cortini’s Strega synth, which he co-designed with music technology company Make Noise.

Tuned With Intention
This curve displays relative volume levels at each point across the frequency spectrum, reflecting Clara's careful balance and refinement in tuning. Though frequency curves are a great general guide, they can't convey technicalities like soundstage, imaging, layering, etc
Dual Magnet DD
Our latest dynamic driver technology was introduced in our popular models Cascara and Bonneville, and was met with acclaim from lovers of the dynamic driver sound.
Now, in Clara, we have iterated upon this driver to maintain the essence of its texture and emotional impact, while customizing its performance to better suit the goals and philosophy of Clara.
This version uses a new bio-cellulose diaphragm and is coupled with the tuning geometries of Clara's housing to bring a refined sense of balance while still bringing a satisfying, musical, engagement.
A New Classic
Clara fuses tried and true IEM technology with new innovations to create a refreshing new experience. This can be seen with the newest iteration of the long-standing tech found in balanced armatures: with Knowles' dual-diaphragm BA.
In Clara, this is implemented as a mid frequency driver that is paired with our newest tuning element: the Clear Wave tuning chamber. These two technologies combine to sculpt crucial mid-range frequencies and bring about a pleasing, sonically rich, performance.
T.A.E.C. - Sonic Expansion
Clara's two high-frequency super tweeters are paired with Campfire's famous Tuned Acoustic Expansion Chamber. This classic tuning element coupled with the speed and precision of the dual super-tweeter creates an expansive soundstage, heightened imaging, and tunes the high end to be crisp and detailed while remaining smooth and listenable for extended sessions.
